It's good. Dark (ish), surprising. But I wasn't in the mood to be impressed.
Why four stars then? I wasn't disappointed either. Just a bit confused and not invested enough to care for the next book immediately.
I'm glad I read a paperback version, from the library. As an e-book, I would have given up quite early.
